By using Logistics ALC services and tracking system, customers agree to the basic operating terms below.

Do not send banned goods, flammable/explosive goods, dangerous goods, unlawful items or goods without required labels, invoices or documents.
check_circleSealing and counting
Cargo is sealed upon receipt according to operating procedures. Logistics ALC records package count and declared information, and does not automatically inspect detailed contents.
check_circleTracking and proof
Shipment statuses, warehouse/delivery photos and handover details are updated according to actual operational milestones.
check_circleCustomer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the legality, origin, documents and declared contents of their cargo.
